These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between upbd8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers an account or accesses services at upbd8.org ("you", "the User", "the Player"). upbd8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. upbd8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
